Pictures from my weekend get-away

I have posted pictures on my website from my weekend get-away to Orlando/Walt Disney World. You can view them here.

I had a great time spending time with Glenn and Tammy! We did a lot in my few days there.

My next trip will be only in a couple of weeks for the birth of the baby!!! Tammy is doing wonderful and looks fantastic! She had a doctor's appointment today and found out she is 2 cm dilated already, so the birth could be sooner than we thought!! I need to start packing my bags now, because I'm sure we'll be rushing to get a flight when they call. I have already left my 'lesson plans' for the days I will be away...thank God I did that this week!

We are all so excited for them and can't wait to meet the baby!! I'll be posting with any more news!

We have my cousin, Courtney's wedding tomorrow night. I am looking forward to that. We went to the rehearsal party last night...it was really nice! So another fun-filled weekend is upon us. I'm sure I'll be relaxing on Sunday while watching the NASCAR Talladega race!!

Have a good weekend!

The First of a Few Trips...

I'm off to Orlando tomorrow night to visit with Glenn and Tammy! This is my first of at least 3 trips there within the next 2 months.

I'm so excited to see their new house and swim in their pool!!!! I'm looking forward to a nice visit with them before the baby arrives. The due date is in three weeks!!! How time has flown! (I guess it flies when I'm not the one expecting!) I can't wait to see the nursery, either.

I'm also looking forward to this weekend because I have not been to Walt Disney World in about 3 years! That's a while for me. The plane tickets were so inexpensive on Southwest that I couldn't pass it up. I truly would not have been able to fill up my car with gas to drive to Orlando, for as cheap as I am flying there!! As I say, you can't stay home for that price!

Well, I'm sure we'll be posting pictures from my little get away, so I'll update the blog after they are up and running. Have a good weekend...I know I will!

States Visited

I found this cool site where you fill in what states you have visited. Here is a look at mine. I thought this was neat. I actually thought I had been to more states than I really have been to. I guess I need to plan another trip somewhere new! But where...Hmmm????

You can create the map for states you have visited by clicking here.

Have fun!
